Project Overview:
SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT
- STRUCTURES COVERED UNDER SCOPE OF WORK: Skylight
- Skylight Replacement – Remove old skylight. Install ice and water shield around skylight, new flashing kit, shingles, and Velux
self-flashed solar powered skylight. No interior work is included in the price of the skylight.
- MATERIALS TO BE USED: Velux Self-Flashed Solar Power Fresh Air Skylight. Includes window shade and remote to open the
skylight. There is also an app called Velux active that you can use to open the skylight from anywhere in the world. You can
also set it to open automatically to regulate fresh air.

- Added Wood trim interior and painting skylight frame
